What to expect

What happens
in a session.

Every session is different — but every session has a structure. Here's what a typical Saturday Bootcamp looks like.

Warm up & movement prep

Every session starts with a proper warm-up. Mobility, activation, and prep for the work ahead. This is how we keep you injury-free and performing at your best.

Circuit training block

The main event. Multiple stations, multiple movement patterns — strength, cardio, and functional exercises combined into a circuit that challenges everyone regardless of level. Every exercise has a scaled option.

Finisher

A short, sharp finisher to round off the session. This is the bit people dread and love in equal measure. Leave nothing in the tank.

Cool down & stretch

Proper cool-down, stretch, and recovery work. You finish the session feeling worked — not broken.

I'm a family man with five kids between me and my partner Kelly — I know what Saturday mornings look like when life is full. That's exactly why we made Bootcamp simple. Pay per session, just show up, and leave feeling like you earned your weekend.

Before you book.

Do I need to be fit to come? +
Absolutely not. Saturday Bootcamp is designed to be scalable — every exercise has an easier and harder version. The coach will make sure you're working at the right level for you, regardless of where you're starting from.
What should I bring? +
Wear comfortable training clothes and bring trainers suitable for indoor gym training. Bring a water bottle. Everything else is provided — equipment, coaching, motivation included.
How do I book my free taster? +
Simply book below — choose your preferred session time (7am or 10am) and complete the booking online. Use the code TASTER at checkout to claim your free first session. No obligation to continue afterwards.
Is there a minimum age? +
The minimum age for Saturday Bootcamp is 16. Under-16s are not permitted to attend. There is no maximum age — if you're over 50 and want to give bootcamp a try, you are very welcome.
Do I need to book in advance? +
Yes — please book your spot in advance so we can confirm numbers. Booking is quick and easy via the link below. Unlimited spots are available so you'll always get in, but booking ahead helps us plan the session properly.
Can I come every week? +
Yes — as often as you like. Many people come every Saturday and treat it as their weekly community session. Some come once a month. There's no commitment — just book when you want to come.
